Method 1
Ingredients
- Green tea leaves or pearls- 1-2 tsp OR Green tea bag- 1
- Hot water- 1 cup
- Mint/basil leaves- 4-5
- Lemon with peel - ½ slice
- Cinnamon - ½ inch stick
- Ginger- ½ inch slice
- Honey, maple syrup 1-2 tsp as per taste
Pour hot water over tea, ginger, lemon and cinnamon slice, and mint or basil leaves. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes. Mix well and drink.
Method 2
Ingredients
- Green tea bag, leaves or peals- (same amount as in method 1)
- Lemon juice - ½ tsp
- Hot water 1cup
- honey, maple syrup to taste.
Soak green tea leaves in hot water and add lemon juice to it and leave it over night. Next morning, stir then add honey or maple syrup if using and drink it on an empty stomach.
Have three to four cups of green tea daily, preferably after meals to loose belly fat fast.
