According to According to TMZ, the incident happened in 2013 while they were renting a house in Costa Rica. She claims Terence grabbed her by the neck when they began arguing and he grabbed her by the neck, pushed her against the bathroom wall and began strangling her. She says he threatened to kill her and then mule kicked her.
Meanwhile Terrence says it was a situation of mutual combat, and claims he was pepper sprayed during the fight.
Back in June 2013 Michelle filed the original legal documents alleging she was sucker punched by Terrence - she claims the argument occurred because he asked if they could rekindle their romance in the wake of their divorce in May of that year. She alleges he turned violent after she said that wasn't going to happen.
In the original documents, she is said to have claimed she pepper sprayed him because Terrence walked over to a bedside table where he kept a knife which was four - six inches in length.
At that point she claimed the actor knocked her down and kicked her repeatedly in the head.
In May Terrence reportedly claimed his ex-wife threatened to leak pictures of his genitals over their spousal support battle. According to TMZ, the Terrence's attorney Brian Kramer filed legal documents, which included secret recordings of Michelle's threats.
