Nicki Minaj Not Happy With MTV For VMA Snub For "Anaconda" And "Feeling My Self"

Nicki Minaj is definitely not happy with MTV after she found out her hits, "Ananconda" and "Feeling my self" did not get the nominations deserved. She then took to Twitter to let the network know that they made a huge mistake.

The nominations came out o Tuesday, July 21, and “Anaconda”, despite breaking records and being such an infectious mega-hit wasn’t nominated for Video of the Year. Though it’s in the Best Hip-Hop Video category, Nicki feels her amazing video deserves much more. Her sexy collaboration with Beyonce, “Feeling Myself” didn’t even get a single nomination.

Well, Nicki is really not taking this news lying down! She’s furious that her hard work isn’t being celebrated the way she believes it should, and i think she has a good point. “Anaconda” broke the record for most views on VEVO (almost 500 million at this point) so not nominating it for best video is kind of confusing especially since MTV had even highlighted its greatness before.
