It's Finally Happening: John Legend and Chrissy Teigen Are Expecting Their First Child

This is surely a happy news for Singer, John Legend and his wife, Chrissy Teigen as they are finally expecting their first child together after years of trying. The couple took to social media on Monday to announce the exciting news.

"John and I are so happy to announce that we are pregnant,” an excited Chrissy wrote. “As many of you know, we’ve been trying to have a baby for a while now. It hasn’t been easy, but we kept trying because we can’t wait to bring our first child into the world and grow our family".

She adds, “We’re so excited that it’s finally happening. Thank you for all your love and well wishes. I look forward to all the belly touching! Xx”.

The 36 years old singer also announced the news by sharing the same photo his wife shared and simply writing, "We're pregnant!".

The news comes weeks after Chrissy got candid about their struggle to conceive. " I would say honestly that John and I are having troubles", the 29year old model said during an emotional interview in a recent episode on the FABlife talk show.

"We would have had kids five, six years ago if it had happened, but my gosh, it's been a process", she added.
