Few days after Ofori Amponsah released his come back song, 'Alewa' which features Sarkodie, Andy Of TV3's Mentor fame came out to say that the song belongs to him and that it was stolen by Kofi Nti, who he had contacted to feature on the song.
Kofi Nti, has however denied ever giving out lyrics of the 'Alewa' song to Ofori Amponsah as being claimed by Andy.
Reacting to the accusations on Atinka FM, the highlife musician explained that Andy indeed wanted to feature him on the song but the song was sent to his manager.
He further explained that, it was his manager who listened to the song and advised Andy to change some parts of the song so he(Kofi Nti) never even listened to the song.

According to Kofi Nti if he had wanted to give out the song to anyone, it would have been Daddy Lumba and not Ofori Amponsah because Lumba is his god father.
Kofi Nti also added that, there is no truth in the accusation leveled against him as Andy had said he sent the song to him on Whatsapp but he doesn't even have the application on his phone.
"I was surprised when he said he had sent the song via my Whatsapp. I don’t even have Whatsapp on my phone,” he said.
