The incident happened at the birthday party of actress, Ingrid Alabi and Yvonne filed a complain at the Airport Police Station but the police could not make a arrest as Elvis is said to be on the run.
The actress is however said to have complained of receiving threatening messages and warnings earlier this week from persons who want her to drop the police report she filed against the Nigerian man.
“…By tomorrow morning if we call Accra and find out that you have not closed that case you opened against our brother, then we will start our own news; I personally will make sure it happens…,” one of the messages read.
The actress is said to have further received a series of messages from a Nigerian number warning her to withdraw the case from the police station else she would be dealt with.
Though on the Sunday morning an elderly man who identified himself as the owner of the house Elvis was staying promised to brig him to the police, he has since not done that and it is currently unclear what the police's next line of action will be.
