What a tragic way to start the year! Just two days after losing her husband Rene Angelil, to cancer, Celine Dion has lost her brother, and again to cancer.
Daniel Dion aged 59 died on Saturday, January 16 in Montreal, Canada and he is said to have died from a devastating combination of throat, tongue and brain cancer.This comes just a day after his family revealed that they believed he had just hours to live.
Celine’s husband René Angélil died from throat cancer on Thursday. According to People magazine, Céline is still in Vegas with her kids making plans for her husband’s funeral. ’His funeral will take place at St-Simon-et-Jude de Charlemagne Church in Repentigny, Quebec, CBC reported.
