Zayn Malik Drops Debut Single, "Pillowtalk", Gets Extra Intimate With Gigi Hadid In Video

Former One Direction singer, Zayn Malik's solo debut single, “Pillowtalk” is finally here. The song and video was released late on Thursday night and the song is certainly different from Malik’s output during his 1D days.

Though the song’s official premiere was slated for midnight on Beats 1, fans noted that it suddenly appeared on iTunes slightly earlier than planned, bringing the song to No. 12 on the iTunes charts before the video even premiered. Pillowtalk” hails from Mind of Mine, which is set for a March release.

Speaking about his new single with The Sunday Times, Malik described his new material as "dirty and raw." "Everybody has sex, and it’s something people want to hear about. It’s part of everybody’s life, a very big part of life! And you don’t want to sweep it under the carpet. It has to be talked about."

The sexy video to accompany the provocative song stars his rumored girlfriend, Gigi Hadid in a series of steamy scenes as kaleidoscopic effects take them in and out of “paradise” and “the war zone.”

Gigi and Zayn have never officially stated that they're dating, but with what we seeing, we will we'll take this video as a sign that they're both off the market.
