Former TV3 presenter and news anchor, Nana Aba Anamoah is passionate about Manchester United and the team considers her a member of the family. The presenter buried her late dad on Saturday and Red Devil veterans Andy Cole and Rio Ferdinand sent out their condolences to her via Twitter.
Rio wrote: “Sorry for your loss @thenanaaba stay strong. It’s not easy but have faith.” While Cole said: “Stay strong@thenanaaba sorry for your loss. #ManUtdFamily ”
Both tweets were retweeted by English former footballer, Mark Bright who is also known as a sports pundit on BBC, British Eurosport and Al Jazeera, as well as a coach at Crystal Palace.
