Photo: Actor John Dumelo Spotted At NDC Rally

Actor, John Dumelo was on Thursday November 19, spotted at the Ho Jubilee Park, where President John Dramani Mahama was addressing supporters of  NDC,  to end his “Changing Lives, Transforming Ghana” tour.

The movie star, who has not hidden his soft spot for the NDC, was spotted with leaders of the NDC as President Mahama rallied support ahead of the party's nationwide parliamentary and presidential primaries scheduled for Saturday.

The actor was  seen waving a miniature NDC flag and responding to cheers from the crowd. Also spotted close to Dumelo was veteran actor and comedian, Papa Nii of ‘Taxi Driver’ fame, who gleefully appeared in an NDC-T-shirt.

Few months ago,  Dumelo was criticized for actively getting involved in politics when he reportedly stated that Ghanaians were putting undue pressure on President Mahama to fix the country’s economic challenges.

Later,  he came out to say that his sentiment was "totally misread and misconstrued".
