Though the TV presenter had apologized for her actions and stated it was just a prank gone bad, the management of TV3 took a dramatic decision by suspending her.
A statement released by the media house on Saturday October 3 read “After preliminary investigations internally, and in accordance with TV3’s own commitment to the highest level of professionalism, management has decided to take Nana Aba Anamoah off air until further notice".
Though many had heavily criticized their decision, and there had been a huge campaign on social media with many influential personalities calling for her reinstatement, the station did not heed to the calls.
Recently, it was reported that Nana Aba was not going back to TV3 as she had decided to join a new TV station but she denied the reports saying she was "still an employee of TV3". It however seems she has finally decided to move on but where she intended to move to is unknown.
